Are you a BIPOC leader in a small nonprofit looking to deepen clarity, set bold goals, strengthen leadership, and build a sustainable career path? Level UP is designed just for you!
Level UP is a four-month coaching cohort that provides the structured support, community, and transformative leadership development you need to lead authentically and confidently. Through individual coaching and group sessions, you’ll gain clarity on your career path while developing the skills and mindset needed to sustain your leadership journey.
What You’ll Gain
- Tailored Coaching Experience: Three personalized one-on-one coaching sessions to clarify your purpose, align with your goals, and sustain your impact.
- Hybrid Bi-Monthly Group Coaching: A mix of virtual and in-person coaching sessions designed to create a strong learning environment and deepen connections with peers.
- A Strong Community of Practice: Access ongoing support via WhatsApp and direct coaching check-ins to stay engaged and accountable.
- Closing Ceremony: A space to celebrate your growth, acknowledge your journey, and step forward with a renewed sense of purpose.
Who Should Apply?
- Leaders that identify as Black, African-American, Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern, Pacific Islander, Latina/e/x, Native American, and multiracial.
- Currently in a paid staff leadership role.
- One participant per organization
Cohort Schedule & Commitment
Program Duration: January 2026 – April 2026
Format: Biweekly, hybrid sessions (virtual & in-person sessions)
Meet Your Coach
Amarilis Pérez Pullen is the Founder and Principal of Raíces Coaching & Consulting, a certified executive and leadership coach, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). With 20 years of experience across executive coaching, nonprofit leadership, and philanthropy, she leverages her diverse skills to champion the advancement of Black, Brown, Indigenous, Latinx, and People of Color in their leadership. Her work is deeply rooted in a commitment to supporting individuals and communities to stand in their purpose and power. Amarilis has centered her identity and lived experience as a leadership strength and is passionate about helping others do the same.
Amarilis’s academic journey includes a BA in English from Temple University, a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, and a Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in life’s simple pleasures of gardening, practicing Reiki, exploring new places and cultures with her husband, and honoring her Dominican heritage and ancestors.
