Create a Fund
Chuck Boulier on why giving through his donor-advised fund is so meaningful.
Establishing a charitable fund at Connecticut Community Foundation is an easy and effective way to make your philanthropic vision reality. With a simple fund agreement and a gift to open your fund, you can join more than 450 donors who have established funds with us.
Most charitable funds may be established with gifts of $10,000.
The minimum to establish Scholarship funds is $25,000 for restricted scholarships (restricted by school, major, town of residence, etc.) and the minimum is $10,000 for general scholarships awarded through the Foundation’s Regional scholarship program.
You can establish a fund with a gift now, with a plan to build the fund over a period of years, or with a promise to provide assets to the fund in the future through your estate plan or a life income gift.
