  • Wilderness Skills Scholarship Fund

    The Wilderness Skills Fund was established by Dutch Barhydt in appreciation of his grandparents, Robert and Grace Williamson, and all people who practice a love of the outdoors, and who, by example, pass this love on to succeeding generations.

  • William Cohen, M.D. Memorial Scholarship Fund

    To be funded by bequest to provide scholarship support for an African-American student attending a Waterbury public school that demonstrates promise and financial need.

  • William Cohen, M.D. Scholarship Fund

    Scholarship for an African-American student graduating from a Waterbury public school.

  • William G. Boies Fund

    William Boies created this unrestricted fund to support the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and will provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • William J. Phelan Fund

    Established by Catherine Phelan in memory of her brother to support St. Mary’s Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association Scholarships.

  • William Woodward, Jr. Fund for the Arts

    William Woodward, Jr. established this fund to support arts-related organizations.

  • WMNR Fine Arts Radio Fund

    Designated by Ruth Ann Leever to support WMNR Fine Arts Radio.

  • Wolcott B. and Iris K. Jones Fund

    Established by Wolcott and Iris Jones to provide for the basic needs of area residents in need, now and forever.

  • Women’s Fund

    Established by Peggy Lawlor and Kay Campbell with the help of many area women to benefit women and children in need.

  • Women’s Giving Circle

    A donor-advised fund established by a group of community-minded people who want to improve and enrich the lives of women and girls in Greater Waterbury and the Litchfield Hills.

    The  Circle is open to everyone who cares about women and girls in our region. A minimum gift of $120/year ($10/month) entitles members to participate in Women’s Giving Circle activities and events and to cast a vote at an annual meeting to decide how the circle’s pooled funds should be granted to local organizations.

    Agency Advised fund to provide resources for the expansion of Woodbury Public Library in Woodbury, CT.

  • Woodbury Public Library Fund

    Established to support the ongoing needs of the Woodbury Public Library.

  • Woodward Scholarship Endowment Fund for Children’s Community School

    For scholarships/financial aid to students attending Children’s Community School in Waterbury, CT.

  • Yimoyines Family Fund

    An advised fund established by John and Doris Yimoyines to support their charitable interests.

  • Yolanda and Lester Brooks Designated Fund

    Designated fund to support Flanders Nature Center and Land Trust in Woodbury and the Greater Waterbury Campership Fund, to be funded by bequest.
