  • Dr. Francis H. O’Brien Fund

    Mary Kathryn O’Brien, in memory of her husband, established this fund to support the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • Dr. Gerald and Barbara Berg Advised Fund

    Established by Gerald and Barbara Berg to support causes they care about.

  • Dr. James D. Trifone Memorial Scholarship Fund

    School-recommended scholarship established by a group at Cheshire High School to award an annual scholarship to a student graduating from Cheshire HS and pursuing a career in a biological field or science education.

  • Dr. John and Brigitte Palesty Scholarship Fund

    Established by the Palestys to provide scholarship support to students in Greater Waterbury with financial need.

  • Dr. Peter J. Jacoby Fund

    Dr. Jacoby established this unrestricted fund to support the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • Dr. Saroj Gulati-Sikand Scholarship Fund

    Dr. Gulati-Sikand created this college scholarship fund especially to support minority women.

  • Dr. Susie Beris Scholarship Fund

    Established to provide scholarships to students graduating from Pomperaug High School in Southbury, Connecticut and Nonnewaug High School in Woodbury, Connecticut participating in Track and Field or Cross Country.

  • Dr. William E. and Gloria B. Evans Scholarship Fund

    For students graduating from Waterbury public schools planning to attend select colleges.

  • Dr. William F. Dwyer Scholarship Fund

    Charlotte Dwyer, Joseph John Samoska, and Antoinette LaPorta, in memory of Dr. Dwyer, created this scholarship fund to make college more affordable for area students.

  • Dr. William Finkelstein Fellowship Fund

    Designated to support a fellowship at St. Mary’s Hospital.

  • Earl and Shirley Herbst Eye Research Fund

    Established in memory of Earl and Shirley Herbst to support eye research, community awareness and educational opportunities for medical practitioners.

  • East Hill Woods Fund

    Established as the result of the sale of East Hill Woods, Inc. of Southbury, this fund provides grants to organizations that serve older adults.

  • Eastern Company Fund

    Established by the Eastern Company of Naugatuck, this unrestricted fund will support the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and will provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • Ecton and Betsy Manning Fund

    Established by Ecton and Betsy Manning, this unrestricted fund supports the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and will provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • Eddie Wilson Special Education Scholarship Fund

    Edwin and Mary Wilson created this scholarship fund to benefit Pomperaug High School students entering the field of special education.
