Stronger Together: Exploring Nonprofit Strategic Alliances
The environment in which nonprofits operate is changing rapidly, making partnerships between organizations more critical than ever to sustaining vital work in our communities.
Strategic alliances are ways nonprofits join forces to advance their missions. They come in many forms, from loose coordination to formal collaborations to joint structures and mergers. Knowing which type to pick starts with knowing your individual and shared purposes.
Join Fio Partners for a full-day learning experience tailored for nonprofits with operating budgets under $3 million who want to explore the purposes and types of strategic alliances. Leave with an understanding of when and why you might consider a partnership, tools to help you assess your contexts and options, and guidance around how to navigate the process.
