  • Bernie and Mary Martinson Memorial Fund

    Established by Robert W. Garthwait Sr. in memory of Bernie and Mary Martinson to support the ongoing work of the Foundation.

  • Bertha K. Brod Fund

    Established by bequest from Bertha K. Brod, this unrestricted fund will support the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and will provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • Betty and Harold Stein Memorial Scholarship Fund

    Scholarship fund created by Betty Stein and her children Jeffrey and Susan to benefit area students in their college pursuits.

  • Bozzuto Family Scholarship Fund

    Lillian and Adam Bozzuto created this scholarship aid area students in their higher education pursuits.

  • Brean T. Smith Fund

    College scholarship fund established by the family of Brean T. Smith to support Holy Cross High School students from Beacon Falls.

  • Breanna Joy Hayes Memorial Fund

    Created by Patrick J. Hayes, Jr. in memory of his daughter, this fund is designated to support female soldiers in the Forgotten Heroes program at Homes for the Brave.

  • Brian Gibbons Homeless Outreach Fund

    Established by Brian Gibbons Homeless Outreach Inc. in honor of the late Brian Gibbons to support the organization’s work with people who are homeless and those at risk of homelessness in the Greater Waterbury area.

  • Brown Family Fund

    Lillian and Louis Brown and their sons, Avery and Colin, established this fund to support the arts.

  • Brown-Garrison Memorial Scholarship Fund

    Betty Garrison and Marion Brown created this scholarship fund to support students at Thomaston High School pursue college educations.

  • Brownstein Family Fund

    Jack and Edith Brownstein created this unrestricted fund to support the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and will provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • Brownstein Family Scholarship Fund

    This scholarship fund, created by Jack and Edith Brownstein, supports students attending the University of Pennsylvania or University of Connecticut.

  • Burton and Sylvia Albert Fund

    Established in by family and friends in honor of Mr. Albert, this fund facilitates the Alberts’ giving to the organizations and issues they care about.

  • Carl Gavin Curtis Fund for the Environment

    Provides grants to organizations that protect and preserve the environment and/or educate people about issues of environmental protection and conservation.

  • Carl J. Niedzial Memorial Scholarship Fund

    Scholarship fund that supports members of the Connecticut State Police Credit Union and their immediate families pursuing college educations.

  • Carmen Segretario Fund

    The family and friends of Carmen Segretario created and designated this fund for the St. Vincent DePaul Homeless Shelter in Waterbury.
