  • Daniel M. Ashe Scholarship Fund

    A scholarship fund established by the family of Daniel M. Ashe to support Crosby High School students talented in the visual arts.

  • Darrell S. Daniels Scholarship Fund

    Established by Dr. Daniels to provide college scholarships for students attending southern colleges or universities.

  • David and Grace Brex Fund

    Established by David and Grace Brex to help the community through grants to local initiatives.

  • David and Joan Reed Fund

    Established by David and Joan Reed, this unrestricted fund supports the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and will provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • David and Vivian Michaels Fund

    Designated fund to support nonprofits important to the donors. To be funded by bequest.

  • David N. and S. Charlotte Walzer Fund

    Established by bequest from Charlotte Walzer, this unrestricted fund supports the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and will provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • David, Carmen, Michael and Lindsay Carlson Fund

    Established by the Carlson Family to support issues and organizations close to their hearts, particularly in Thomaston.

  • Dawn Lafferty Hochsprung Memorial Fund

    Scholarship fund established by the family of Dawn Lafferty Hochsprung, who was the former principal at Sandy Hook Elementary School, to aid Naugatuck students entering the teaching profession.

  • Deborah and Laurence Shapiro Memorial Fund

    Established by the family of Deborah Davidson Shapiro to further her charitable legacy.

  • deCourcy Fund

    Robert deCourcy established this unrestricted fund to support the Foundation’s grants and initiatives today and provide for our region’s changing needs forever.

  • Denise DeVault Trevenen Memorial Endowment Fund for the Judy Black Memorial Park and Gardens

    Agency endowment fund for support of the charitable purposes of the Washington Park Foundation.

  • Dennis Kowaleski Fund for Animal Welfare

    Field of Interest fund being established by bequest to support local animal welfare organizations.

  • Dennis Kowaleski Fund for Disabled Veterans

    Designated fund being established by bequest to support several organizations that benefit disabled veterans.

  • Dennis Kowaleski Fund for the Homeless

    Designated fund being established by bequest to support several organizations that provide support services for people who are homeless.

  • Detective James W. Matthews, Sr. Scholarship Fund

    Established by James W. Matthews Jr. in honor of his father to provide college scholarships for students pursuing careers in criminal justice or law enforcement.
