Cynthia Merrick

Cindy works closely with people who have established donor advised funds, helping them to identify organizations and projects that they would like to support with their charitable dollars. She also works with founders of all types of funds to ensure that their gifts are being used as they intend. Cindy leads the Foundation’s sponsorship grant program, assists donors with establishing funds, processes gifts, and helps plan Foundation-sponsored events. Prior to joining the Foundation staff in 2007, Cindy worked as a business administrator at First Congregational Church of Waterbury. She has three grown children and lives in Bethlehem.
