We want to hear from you about how your grant has helped you make our community better.
Please send us timely updates on your progress and a final report about the outcomes of your project. If there has been a change in the timeline or activities associated with your grant, please contact the program officer assigned to the grant. Report due dates and other details are outlined in your grant contract. Contact us at grants@conncf.org for more details.
Reporting Forms
To report on the progress of the grant you received from the Foundation, simply log into the GOapply grants portal below.
Log into GOapply. Reports required for a grant will appear in your organization’s dashboard below the In Progress tab. Complete and submit online.

Spread the News
Spread the news about your grant through your website, social media channels, press releases, newsletters, signage, brochures, annual reports and/or email. Here are more details on how to communicate about your grant award. The Foundation regularly shares stories of our community partners to highlight the important work you do to address community needs, show donors what their generosity has made possible, and inspire others to join in making the Greater Waterbury and Litchfield Hills region thrive.
