Over the past two years, Connecticut Community Foundation, with the help of local stakeholders and nonprofits, has engaged in a learning process designed to make us a more effective and impactful funder.  As a result of this process, the Foundation has used our new strategic plan to guide a redesign of our grantmaking priorities.
