Across three hands-on sessions, participants will explore scenario planning, fund development, and mission realignment as interconnected approaches to strengthening organizational resilience. Designed for small- to mid-sized nonprofits with budgets of $2 million or less. Organizations are encouraged to attend in teams up to three.
Session 3 – Building Your Fund Development Road Map : Strengthen and diversify your organization’s funding. This workshop will focus on comprehensive fund development — going beyond traditional fundraising to help you build a resilient financial future.
You’ll learn how to:
- Identify your organization’s unique assets and untapped potential
- Develop adaptive funding models that match your capacity and goals
- Create actionable strategies that hold up in shifting economic conditions.
Leave with concrete, ready-to-implement ideas to diversify revenue and strengthen long-term financial stability. All tools and resources will be shared after the session.
