The Waterbury Black Giving Circle invites the community to our third annual Juneteenth event! Join us to celebrate another year of collective giving, honor grant awardees, and elevate young local voices. In addition to grant recipient awards, students honored at the Circle’s Juneteenth Oratorical Contest will present their winning speeches highlighting the importance of Juneteenth and Black History in our lives. Enjoy good company, local food and entertainment, and celebrate Juneteenth with us on Friday, June 12. We hope to see you there!
