Gabriela Crespo Sousa

Gabriela, a native of Waterbury’s south end, is proud of her ties to the city and its community. She has spent years working both hands-on and in an administrative capacity for local nonprofit agencies, primarily focused on Waterbury’s youth, families and parents-to-be. Being a part of the Foundation is both exciting and fulfilling. Gabriela looks forward to engaging with community members and working closely with dedicated staff for the shared goal of fulfilling the Foundation’s vision of an equitable, inclusive, just, and vibrant community in Greater Waterbury and Litchfield Hills.
