Advancing Maternal Health Collaborative

Cradle to Career

Connecticut Community Foundation is excited to announce the launch of the Advancing Maternal Health Through Community Collaboration initiative. This new program will blend technical assistance, the creation of a community of practice, and funding to support collaborative projects aimed at advancing maternal health equity (while aligning with one or more priority areas in the Request for Proposals).

About the Initiative:

  • A key part of the initiative is participation in the Advancing Maternal Health Collaborative, to be facilitated by Kenya Rutland and KJR Consulting.

  • The Collaborative is designed to help establish, continue, refine and/or support shared efforts between community partners.

  • The sessions will also provide dedicated time for partners to think through and discuss their work together, including potential applications for funding by Connecticut Community Foundation.
